Rybrook BMW

The brief

In November 2020 BMW launched their brand new 4 Series Coupe, which in ‘normal’ circumstances allowed for a launch event at the dealerships. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Rybrook BMW had to rethink the launch strategy, finding a new way to engage with their clients. We were able to use our live event experience, to create a 20 minute virtual launch utilising our warehouse facility as a back drop to the filming. At the same we helped to create the marketing collateral to promote the event which included a leaflet, press adverts and social media assets. The live broadcast was watched by over 400 people and subsequently an audience of over 1,500 have viewed the online video. Rybrook BMW managed to fill all of their test drive slots in the first week with the aim of making a few sales there after.
